What the %@*#? Wednesday, 2nd Edition

There are hundreds of dollars worth of toys in this house. Toys that light up, talk, sing, roll, bounce; toys that even drive themselves. I'm beginning to think we've wasted every hard-earned penny spent at Toys 'R' Us. The little Beast would rather play with arbitrary, decidedly non-toylike items he finds around the house (like this). Case in point - I left the little Beast alone for a nap, and this is what he did instead of sleeping.

What the %$*#?! Yes, those are diapers. A LOT of diapers. In a mix of types and sizes, which made it a pretty difficult mess to pick up. Oh well... at least they were clean.

so much for my briliant idea!!! Love the mess...clean up, clean up every body every where! :) P.S. I will go edit my post for you!!

That is so funny! So been there and done that! It could have been worse I guess.

By the way, did you see my last post? If not check it out, it was very difficult to write but it should be worth it. If you feel led to do so, post about it so that we can get the word out so that this ministry I am starting will speak to many.

Love and Prayers,

Tim

OH NO HE DI-N'T. Maybe it's really like a form of art. The kids a genius and you don't even know it. Bam, I called it.

Your comment on my last post made me laugh out loud. "If it's pee you are in so much trouble!" Ahahaha! Yes, thankfully, I have never spoken those words! Though, because I spend so much time with my nieces and nephew... I do deal with spitup on my shoulder. Nasty little nuggets! Oh, and I usually dedicate a post to talkig about this boy of mine on Fridays... come back and see me!:)

First of all...........you are one smart momma. Stocking up on diapers like that. I used to do the same thing. When my twins were born I had four in diapers.......well, three in diapers and one in a pull up at night. Your assortment reminds me of those days! :)

Sleeping Beauty and King of the Beasts are GORGEOUS!

Oh LOL yes, at least they were clean... That's so funny. My daughter likes playing with her diapers too. She takes them off if she's not wearing pants. That can be problematic. Happy Wednesday!

Oh my lord - reminds me of the time my son got ahold of a tissue box in his bedroom during naptime. :)

Looks like he had a blast!!!
We had 2 under two, too. I wouldn't want it any other way! My girls are 16 months apart. They are now three and 20 months. It is fun to watch the youngest 'catch up' to the oldest. They are the best of friends. How far apart are your little ones?

Caitlin said...

Ahahahahaha!! That is hilarious! (to me, whose child has not discovered his diapers yet!) How classic and exhausting!

That's too funny .. at least it was diapers and not baby powder or something like that!

Looks like he had fun!! But alas, I understand... my child would rather play with empty juice, food and soda containers!!

Melinda said...

That's hilarious...at least for me it is...probably not so funny to you : )

MaryAnne said...

This has happened at my house so many times! At least your kids don't seem to have learned the second step yet (unfold the diapers and start wearing them on your head, etc).

jenn said...

Oh no! And I was irritated that my daughter pulls out her diapers for her dolls. At least it's only one or two at a time. Haha.

OMG SO FUNNY! This kind of makes me want to NOT have kids! ;-)

Regarding the blog 'title' buttons on my posts...tho mine are larger in text size, you can go out on the 'net and make your own...choosing colors, etc.

Hysterical!! I bet he had fun doing that even if it wasn't fun to clean up. At least it is a funny/embarrassing moment you can share with his friends or prom date when he is older! :)

Julie said...

Nice! I'm sure he was just inspecting them for you...making sure they were quality diapers.

It looks like somebody had lots of fun. It amazes me that children will play with diapers, rather than toys. My children do this all the time:)

Help Me Henry....you're right, it could have been worse; and they could have been dirty. Although you probably wouldn't have that many dirty diapers in your house, would you?

Live.Love.Eat said...

You beat me to it...I was going to say, at least they weren't filled with yuk yuk!!!

But that is really funny!!!!

shunee said...

Oh my gosh - that's insane! At least it wasn't a "messy" mess... ya know?

And thanks for the comment about Heather and I being I Heart Fans! I found your blog through your comment on hers! Such a small world! Maybe sometime you can come through here and stay longer than a potty break (that *was* your comment, right?) :)
