Silhouette Runner Up

As I've been making the rounds viewing the awesome i Heart Faces Silhouette entries this week, I've noticed a lot of bloggers posting their photos that didn't make the cut. Because I worked so hard to capture silhouette shots, even keeping my kids up WAY past bedtime hoping to catch the sunset (didn't happen - I swear it doesn't come until 9 pm in Seattle!!!), I'm posting the shot I would've entered for the kids category had there been one this week!

You can view my actual entry in my previous post! Thanks.

I love this. I had a couple too, think I might have to post them, especially hubby's choice.

Regarding getting the boys together..I wonder if they rent out the primate cage at the zoo!!! Did you get the message I left the other day. I was checking on you. Kinda got the impression you were living la vida loca.

Although the photo is lovely, I laughed when I read that you kept your kids up past their bedtime to capture the perfect shot.

That is something that happens in my house around every major holiday and family function that requires a photograph. LOL!

no kidding about the sunsets being SO late this time of year!... but it was worth it because this turned out beautiful.

This is adorable! And, I totally know what you mean. I lived in Seattle for a couple of years. Pretty soon, sunset will be at 10pm...too bad this category couldn't be in Nov/Dec when the sun sets at 4pm!!! :-)

I love this one too! I always have a hard time picking just one. Especially since my kids are my models and I have two of them!

I love this one too. So sweet and I love that you kept your kids up. Glad it's not just me who does something like that.
